So, a public thanks for these. Also, I really appreciate the 5* reviews that the book has received on Amazon and Waterstones; all you readers/reviewers are great!

As you might know, I've called SAFE 'the book for teenagers who don't read' and many parents have supported this by telling me that their teenagers who don't usually look at a book at all, have loved reading SAFE. This has lead to many people enquiring if I have written any other books, to which the answer at the moment is unfortunately, 'No!' I have loads of ideas, but just no time...

Anyway - what I'd like (apart from a publisher to come along and pay me to write full-time!) is for any young people who have really enjoyed a particular book to let me know here. Then at least while I'm waiting to get my next book written, I can recommend other stories that might be interesting for teenagers who liked SAFE. Please either leave a comment here, or email me by going to the 'contact me' page.

Thanks in advance, Kate Hanney

Thanks to everyone so far!

http://www.katehanney.com/1/post/2009/06/thanks-to-everyone-so-far.html

http://www.katehanney.com/1/post/2009/06/thanks-to-everyone-so-far.html#comments

Uncategorized

Thanks to everyone who has bought SAFE and especially those people who have emailed to tell me how much they've enjoyed reading it. I'm delighted that so many young people are "lovin' readin'" the book and that it is appealing to such a wide range of people - everyone from young teenagers to great grandparents are telling me how fantastic it is!The reviews of SAFE on Amazon and Waterstones websites are excellent and I'm really grat [...]

Thanks to everyone who has bought SAFE and especially those people who have emailed to tell me how much they've enjoyed reading it. I'm delighted that so many young people are "lovin' readin'" the book and that it is appealing to such a wide range of people - everyone from young teenagers to great grandparents are telling me how fantastic it is!

The reviews of SAFE on Amazon and Waterstones websites are excellent and I'm really grateful to the people who have taken the time to write them.

Please keep the questions and comments coming; I love receiving them and I promise to reply.

Cheers, Kate

First Post!

http://www.katehanney.com/1/post/2009/06/first-post.html

http://www.katehanney.com/1/post/2009/06/first-post.html#comments

Uncategorized

Start blogging by creating a new post.
